Tim Little


Tim Little is an accomplished, full-time commercial real estate agent with 12 years of experience to help you achieve your unique investment goals. Tim represents buyers, sellers, investors and business owners with his wealth of information, understanding of Midwest commercial markets and industry trends. With his knowledge, experience, motivation and broad-based network, he is known for getting deals done in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro, as well as in greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Tim’s early days were focused on business management, technology, sales and marketing. His undeniable interest in real estate that supported the business community led to a natural focus on commercial real estate for business owners, investors and real estate buyers and sellers. He earned his commercial real estate license in 2006 and, since then, has worked diligently to help clients reach their real estate, business and financial goals.

In 2010, Tim joined the real estate team at KW Commercial and is supported by their substantial resources and network. Tim is also an active member of Minnesota Real Estate Exchangors (MREE), an organization for real estate investors, licensed professionals, and related advisors and vendors. As a member of their board of directors, he energetically supports their goal of providing network and business opportunities, education, marketing and creative solutions for real estate transactions.

Jim Starr


Jim Starr is a highly successful, full-time residential & commercial real estate agent in the Twin Cities as well as a Crosstown Commercial co-founding partner with Tim Little…they met when Jim showed one of Tim’s commercial listings in Spring 2018 and that chance encounter was the beginning of something special not only for Mr. Little and Mr. Starr, but for all their clients as well.  Jim represents buyers/tenants, sellers/landlords, investors, executives and boards of governors, and small to mid size  business owners.  His wealth of information, mastery of residential real estate including existing and luxury home buying & selling, and his continued expansion in the Midwest commercial markets continues to ensure success for all of his clients. Mr. Starr brings a unique perspective of negotiation, talent, experience, and motivation as well as a broad-based operations background to his residential and commercial clients and the Crosstown Commercial Real Estate team.

With 17 years of real estate experience coupled with a dynamic business background, Jim is a gifted agent who has a wide range of networks and talents in new construction, existing and luxury residential, multi family, and mixed use developments as well as a diverse range of commercial property experience including industrial/warehouse, auto related, raw/farm land, lakeshore & lakeshore development, hospitality, retail and office.  An astute agent and entrepreneur with a keen sense of business and with his background in a vast number of various industries, Jim’s savvy for business consulting has proven tremendously advantageous for his clients. Jim’s previous careers were focused in hospitality, finance, insurance/health care, product and project management, technology, and sales & marketing. His insatiable competitive spirit and interest in real estate in the mid 1990’s allowed for an opportunity for Jim to burn the candle at both ends and begin his own full time real estate career while working in management in the health care insurance industry which also has now naturally expanded into commercial real estate.  Mr. Starr earned his residential real estate license in 2002 and honed his skills at the flagship office of a large traditional broker based in Edina, MN where he was a top 5-7% practicing agent and President’s, Master’s, and Chairman’s Circle Award member.  In addition to the above, Jim has an extremely unique and deep mineral rights real estate experience in the Oil & Gas sector where he has strategically negotiated Oil & Gas leases, terms and settlements for companies and their respective owners/shareholders, an industry Mr. Starr also consults in on the side in both the states of North Dakota and Texas.  Hailing from S Minneapolis (Longfellow neighborhood and Minneapolis Roosevelt High School), graduating from St. Olaf College, Jim and his lovely wife Noelle reside in Edina, MN and have two beautiful and thriving young adult daughters, Maya and Remi.

Jim is an active roving board member and consultant to 5 self-proprietor Twin Cities companies in the industries of Executive Consulting & Executive Job Transition, Hydrology Consulting, Retail & Housewares, Manufacturing and a future to be named Northern Minnesota micro-brewery company based in Edina, MN.  As a valuable member of their board of directors, he energetically supports their goal of success, provides network and business opportunities, education, business planning, marketing and creative solution advice for these successful business ventures as it relates not only to their business operations but also to the real estate aspect of their business.  Jim is very excited to partner with Tim Little and Crosstown Commercial as well as the Keller Williams Premier Realty South Suburban real estate family.

Luis Olvera


Luis is a Bilingual (English – Spanish; Spanish – English) Interpreter, Translator, CPA, MBA, Realtor, Green NAR Denomination, with over 25 years of experience in International Business and over 11 years as a Real Estate Agent.

He dedicated his early professional years in International Trade and Commerce, representing buyers, sellers, technology holders and International Investors: exporting, importing, opening subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities in Europe, Mexico and South America… That is what motivated Luis to utilize his acquired knowledge in becoming a Realtor.

He got his Minnesota Realtor’s license about 11 years ago, focusing his professional efforts mainly to serve the Hispanic Community. With past multicultural experience, he has been assisting get their Real Estate dreams to various ethnic groups in the Minnesota market.

His experience in many facets of businesses, long history of hands on at the Real Estate arena, plus the Green NAR Denomination, Luis’ in partnership with Tim Little, Jim Starr and Dave Shultz, is bringing a synergistic effect to Crosstown Commercial.

Excellence in customer service, honorability, integrity, highest ethical standards and dedication are some of the multiple traits of Luis at the Real Estate arena.

In his spare time, Luis is a Marathon runner as well as a triathlete (Sprint, Olympic and 70.3 Half Iron Man).
